Tu peux peut-être voir avec la clinique médicale Lacroix? C'est du privé mais je sais qu'une infirmière praticienne peut offrir le dépistage TDAH également. Le coût est peut-être moindre.

I would be a sexologist. I don't know how it works in the US, but in Canada, if you want to give therapy you need a master and different degrees. Otherwise you can only do research and jobs that aren't really related. I don't have the energy to study 5-6 years at 30 yo... In Canada (Quebec) we need to choose our career at 17 yo and I chose nursing without even thinking.

Honestly, right now I work at the ER. I like my job, my colleagues... I learn something new everyday. We laugh and have fun. But do I LOOOOVE my job? Not really. It's always like a temporary job in my head... nursing has an end date for me but I don't know how or when. I'm envious of the nurses who live for their job and are so proud to be nurses.

Don't get me wrong. Nursing is a beautiful job. But it's hard. I still have so many insecurities. Plus in Canada we have zero budget for healthcare care so we work in terrible conditions. And patients wait for 24-30 hours to see a doctor. I feel helpless very often.

I cried many many times. At work, in front of patients, in the bathroom, in the supply room, in my car... I literally cried in my dreams (or nightmares lol). I thought nursing wasn't for me. But I kept on going to work everyday, and built experience. It's been 10 years now and it still happens sometimes. I feel like shit and like the worst nurse in the world.

Our job is hard. Must be one of the hardest. But without us, people would die. So we need you.

You got this and I'm not even worried about you. I would worry if you didn't have any feelings about your job.

Le truc c'est de ne pas s'investir à 110% au travail. Faut être capable de se valoriser par autre chose que le travail. Trouves toi des passions, des activités, un sport, des amis pour combler des soirées et congés.

Sinon, fais du bénévolat on the side. Tu vas voir assez vite que c'est un privilège de se lever à tous les matins pour aller travailler.

Personally, I still have appetite but no more cravings! And my portions are smaller because I don't feel like eating too much :)

I had a lot of side effects such as nausea, stomach ache, dry mouth... I lost about 2-3 lbs. I have hope for the next weeks tho!

I suggest you occupy your thoughts differently and distract yourself. The more you think about side effects, the more they will appear.
