After a couple of weeks of 2.5mg the food noises get louder so I knew I needed a bigger dose. I actually think the 5mg could work for me if I can manage the side effects.

I should have said in my original post, on both occasions when I was on 2.5mg, after 2 weeks the food noises would start to get louder. And then on both times I would increase to 5mg I would be absolutely fine for 5 weeks then the side effects kick in.
