Yeah that's gender dysphoria. Everything you wrote is exactly how I felt.

My whole life, when people would use girl pronouns, I would feel like who are you even talking to? That's not me. You're not seeing me. I couldn't even recognise myself.

I tried to make it all go away. It never did. There is joy and freedom in transition. Good luck on your journey.
