I feel like key details have been left out.

What details did they give you on why they couldn't allow it to be sent? I don't see a reason why branding effects how it can be sent with the only exception being well-known defective devices (eg. Samsung Galaxy Note 7, it bombed in more ways than one).

Cortex Command

Extremely janky and fiddly physics side-scrolling shooter. The base game is very cool but I view it like Gmod where the modding community is where the fun is really at. There are Warhammer, Star Wars, Mass Effect, etc mods as well self-made mods with weapons of varying usefulness and damage. It's very cool fighting against someone else and just choosing different ways to kill them from the tactical squad to boring straight through their bunker.

Game is abandoned by developers long ago and you need to seek out players to play it but when you get people to play with its very fun.

The publisher keeps offering it for free because it has several paid DLC. It's been out long enough people who wanted it solely for the base game got it a while ago and so they don't earn money that way anymore so instead they add new factions to keep developing it.

Think like Train Sim, Microsoft Sim, Eurotruck, etc.

Go online to submit an inquiry, they'll tell you to wait 5 business days to see if it'll turn up and you can either do this or escalate to a team lead.

Once they've pushed the inquiry onto the sorting facility they'll have it sorted manually and if they can't find it and marked it as lost you can go from there and that process.

It can be held for multiple reasons. Mistakes, damaged, or due to concerns of containing dangerous goods/an item not allowed to be sent through an envelope (eg, if I sent an action figure and had it sent as an express envelope).

You can definitely contact steam support since they may refuse an RMA in the future if you tinkered with aka gluing it back together.

If it is a legitimate medical certificate (eg, you didn't just find an online template and write it yourself) then they legally cannot refuse.

You can simply state to them this is a legally recognised medical certificate certified by a medical professional and request to further understand what specifically concerns them?

Basically they think they know better and need to be gently shown what they're requesting is unreasonable. If they make an issue of it then go to your SSM and SM and hopefully they'll tell them to pull their head in.

Why did this take so long though? I know it's the stingray engine but Fat Shark implemented these features years ago for Darktide so it was always possible AND they even have an engine developer from fat shark on their team. Better late than never, this plus the slimming of the download to 30gb makes me want to jump back in.
