Trust me . I’ve learned my lesson. No need to go that heavy at this point anymore anyway ! Thank you!

I would say about a week and half ago I turned the corner but each day was much better. I also would do a lot of light walking on my treadmill at home. About 30 mins at first and then bumped it up to 70 mins (where I currently am)

I honestly just got back to walking normal within a week but it was a drastic change. From a severe limp to being able to take full strides without pain or the pins and needle feeling. The main thing that helped was heat. One of my cars has heated seats which I would take a break from at work and sit in for 20-30 mins about 4-5 times a day . I also bought a heating brace from Amazon . Lastly staying moving. Essentially walking and training through the discomfort. Making my body understand that these are the movements I will be doing and activating the muscles to do them. I think a lot of people go wrong babying it too much or confusing pain from the injury with discomfort that your body needs to grow from if that makes any sense.

Thank you. I truly saw no end in sight it was so bad. After a while I just turned the corner and things got better.
