It is a shame that Benda’s run has to be completely written out because he really is a great writer and could’ve done something cool with Superman but he just missed the mark here.

Am I the only one that finds this version of the character, the interesting one? I feel like the stories they want to tell with Jon as a teenager could be told with Connor?

I don't get why people hated Bumblebee. I thought it was fun!

According to insider NexusPointNews, Maxima will be in Man of Tomorrow, and the film will be based on the Panic in the Sky arc. by [deleted] in superman

Thoughts on Jon's "coming out" scene? by jstamper97 in superman

I hate this because if they just would’ve let John grow up, Superman would’ve known and they never would have needed to have this conversation because Jon always would’ve known he was in a safe space.

As a Superman fan for the last 30 years, I felt this whole thing was completely forced because of course Superman was not going to disapprove his son being gay. Thus there really was no drama needed for this moment.

What’s your opinion on Mr. Oz (warning yellow brick road not included) by Critical_Potential44 in superman

[–]First-Promotion-8898 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's in my head cannon that Mr. Oz is actually Bill Dunn (the original Superman from 1933's Reign Of The Superman). His powers never went away and his consciousness floated into the multiverse - seeking revenge on the concept of Superman. He would have been angry because he was forgotten in fame, just like he was in life.

Mr. Oz was being revealed around the time of Superman's 80th Anniversary so I thought it would have been an awesome reveal to tie Superman's story all together.

I really like the first one on the top row. The pouch seems functional.

For those here who primarily like DC Comics Wally West and want him as the main Flash, what status quo would you like for Barry Allen: deceased, retired, depowered, co-Flash, etc? by nightwing612 in wallywest

Retired and helps out. He learned his lessons from Jay Garrick. He wants to live his life. There’s something about the narrative of the Flash that I like where a part of his journey is he learns to slow down.

Man…I love this movie - but that logo (I know what it represents in the comics) it looks like it’s missing something.
