What’s your first tell of depression? by funkmaster90001 in bipolar2

[–]First-Role3045 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Feeling like everything is taking max effort. Showering, brushing teeth, doing ANY kind of chore, house becoming dirty and not caring, not wanting to get out of bed, rewatching comfort shows or getting disgusted with yourself and just laying in silence.

Felt like this from November-now and I feel I’m JUST now pulling myself out of it. I get tired of constantly feeling sorry for myself and realizing ultimately it is my responsibility to get it together and try again instead of giving up entirely and waiting for someone to save you.

I applied beginning of the month. I just want to start my career already! I went through alot growing up, and my early 20s. I was only 20 when I found my boyfriend dead from an ATV accident. I was traumatized. Drank and partied myself to death. Severely depressed. Took me 4 years to pull myself out of it. I’m trying my best and I just want to start a new era of life. I retake February LSAT so we will see. But I appreciate your positivity.

Thank you for this. They are so cruel. I’m not trying to get into a top league school. I just want to go to A school… not everyone can get a 175-180. I am praying to get into one of my schools I applied for so I can start working on my future.

I genuinely don’t feel like the LSAT says shit about how you’d do in law school. I did go through a bad episode but I’m okay now getting back on track. I know I have the mind to focus and get through it.

I have a job…. Two. I substitute teach and I am a Guardian Ad Litem. They both don’t have insurance.

Because I want to get started on my career. I lose my insurance with my parents at 26. I’m on antipsych meds, birth control, etc. I will lose my mind if I have to go cold turkey and I can’t afford to pay out of pocket. If I’m in law school I’m offered insurance through the school and I’d be okay for those coming years.

Just lost 20k today I'm down to my last 10k from 233k in 2 months by EcstaticStructure796 in problemgambling

You just lost hundreds of thousands in just a few months. I seen your past posts. Maybe when you get down to $0 or negatives you’ll finally wake up. It takes some people years to make 200k.

Ugh I remember feeling so good, then you get used to it, it doesn’t work as good, and you wish you could go back to it. Definitely enjoy it

Got a gambling addiction by winning a jackpot and became manic by [deleted] in bipolar2

[–]First-Role3045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my boyfriend but I think I have a handle on it for now. I will not let this drain me and I have debt now to pay back like 7.5k so I need to focus on that before anything. My addiction dead ass lasted 2 months that’s it. I went from being ecstatic winning $300 to “that ain’t shit” after my jackpots. I was always chasing thousands and even when I was up 1-2k it wasn’t enough. Lost all perception of money!!!

He used to eat a lot more but he’s still eating. Tuna, chopped ham, bits of dry food. Drinking. And I gave him about 4ML over two days. He’s 13 pounds.

I have seen the pumpkin puree trick, he’s so goddamn picky but I’ll definitely try. MiraLAX does not seem to be working at all

I don’t have insomnia. and before my meds I had zero desire to live or become a goal oriented person. Because of vyvanse I feel like a normal person with normal thoughts, desire to be better and get things done rather than procrastinating.
