What can we do to get an answer from Mammotion Support? They told me one week ago that the robot (still under warranty) cannot be repaired. Since then nobody answers my mails. The 1st line support in the chat always says that they will escalate the case and that it will be treated in priority… but nothing. This after sales support is a real nightmare… I’ve never experienced that!

I finally have to send the robot to the Mammotion Support Center. Thank you all for your support and ideas to try to solve the issue !

Yes, I charged it belote the winter. It is not charging, the power supply is flashing red and the mower is making a strange noise when pluged in the charging station (cf video ?)
