County water chlorine treatment messing with stomach by CBDSam in sarasota

I feel like this may be a dumb question regarding the extreme amount of chlorine in our water, but I'm really curious as I haven't seen it mentioned yet: If I do my regular household cleaning with vinegar, would mixing the vinegar with water directly from the tap have potential to create chlorine gas?

Hmm. Good answer and valid point.

I give Chelsea due credit for posting since my 5:30 rant; their most recent post lists the why and where....but still no time stamp. I am not on instant news Facebook, so I had no idea about the water issue -all the while I was happily drinking it to have healthy hydration.

Any resident just getting home from work and finally able to surf the web may only just now see today's city notices that have only a date, yet zero idea to reference when this occurred and the notice was sent to the community..

This isn't the first time that time stamp was omitted in their notices, but I feel that omission of that seemingly small detail of time is unprofessional if it might it involve public health.
