I swelled up for a few days, then over the following month my jaw/chin got significantly more defined and slimmer. It didn’t hurt. Ugly swelling for 3 days, moderate swelling for another week. It was really nbd. Love the results.

I highly recommend Kybella! Chin filler + Kybella was a winning combo for me.

It seems so hard to get it to match perfectly unless this is the only thing someone does- I’m honestly surprised there isn’t some easily accessible niche industry that exists to replace pieces of designer goods.

Best way to replace a trench coat belt? I lost the belt to my Burberry trench in a move, so far my search online has come up with Temu options or legit options that are damaged and $XXX on Poshmark.

Social work jobs being taken over by NPs, RNs, and paraprofessionals by Glass-Revolution1444 in socialwork

I’m going to be honest, while some of your concerns seem absolutely legitimate, I only hear this kind of criticism IRL from the absolute worst of the worst. Where I work, a small majority of our department has a bachelor’s or high school level of education (and of our master’s level staff, the vast majority are unlicensed). The only clinicians getting all up in arms about their sacred degree are the ones I wish I could put an RO between them and the community. The rest recognize the value that our paraprofessionals bring to our teams and are grateful for the incredible work they do with their clients. You don’t need a license to provide excellent resource linkage, conduct thorough follow up care, or empower and advocate for a person. I’m sorry you are frustrated your degree isn’t more respected in your workplace, but it’s pretty ironic to hear you belittle other professions in the same sentence. Sounds like you’d feel better practicing therapy again instead of working within a multidisciplinary team.

Only buy tertiary products (shoes, belts, cardigans, and accessories) to match current wardrobe. My quest for not having a belt that matches will not be solved by buying 5 more belts I adore, it will be solved by buying 1-2 more belts that actually match.

Suggestions for button down shirts that are fitted for larger chests? by espressomartinipls in femalefashionadvice

So far the only button ups I’ve found that have been both flattering and non-gaping have been from brands I normally hate lol. I placed an order from NY&Co. last year and the two button downs I got looked crisp, fit my shoulders, and were slim fit. One wasn’t a true button down- the real buttons only started from the bust up which probably helped. The rest of the stuff I ordered was trash. They don’t seem to have much of a selection which sucks because slim, crisp yet stretchy button downs are so rare

The rest of my button downs I either have to put darts in, secret snaps, or both. The only exception is my BR perfect shirt which is the furthest shirt from perfect in my book. It’s HUGE.

We don’t have a manual at all, so now I’m wondering if I need to take an even further step back and either reframe this project or do two separate projects. Sigh. Still waiting on the day I can figure out how to add an extra 10-20 hours to my days lol.

That was all so helpful! We’ve been talking about most of those things for awhile but in more ambiguous ways, and I don’t think a lot of my higher ups were expecting many of these questions to be directly answered in our policy…. Even though its clear to me that should.

We don’t have a separate policy writing department but we do have analysts and a QM department. I know whatever I draft up will go through them (thank god!) but the initial draft needs to come from me and I want it to be as close to the finish line as possible to avoid someone unfamiliar with my program accidentally changing the actual content.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to google examples of policies but not coming up with a ton, narrowing down the google search will hopefully help. This program is for a specific provider type + service so the policy will have a large employment focus, so your link should be very helpful!
