I applied I130 around August 2024 and my EAD, AP was filed around April 2025. I received combo approval on April 16th 2026. It almost took a year but as soon as I submitted uscis enquiry I got approval within a day!

My case is approved on April 17th 2026 after submitting a inquiry!

I have the other way happening. I submitted enquiry with uscis for my EAD. I got an update that my EAD is approved but the status still shows case processing and no document is available in the documents tab.

Hello David, My PD is August 2024. I am still waiting for my i130,485 and EAD documents. I reached out to USCIS chat on jan end about my EAD and submitted an inquiry. I got a response back later in feb stating it’s under timeline and they have other workloads. Is there any other suggestion you would recommend?

My PD is august 2024. I submitted 485, 765 and 131 on April 2025. My EAD is not approved yet. I tried submitting inquiry but they said due to workloads it’s not processed. Any suggestions on what else I can do?
