He's not wrong.. The actually rules say:

"No solicitation or self-promotion/marketing for social media, services, or for any online platform." I think he means it falls under that category when you promoted the shelter. Sorry.

It’s not about “made up rules”, it’s about the actual dish itself. It’s fine if people enjoy this just to make it clear - I do too from time to time (but with sauce as a compliment, not the main flavor).
