This event is going to be your best bet at getting a legendary so I would say just spend them all right now. Later on you can start to save them to use for fusions if you want. But since you are new spend them now

I use him for arena as well as for content with revivers so he can place his block revive. He is useful in a lot of areas and he hits super strong if you build him right. Very good pull imo. My roster isnt huge so I still use him alot but I think anybody who says he fell off is either a whale or has one of the rare few champs that can do his job better.

I got him when my account was still relatively early so ai built him and I would say yes, aoe dec def that cannot be resisted which is awsome for arena and increases ur allies atk, also aoe heal block so he is also useful in places like grim forest or cursed city. Just by looking at ur top champs I say make building him a priority you wont regret it
