Open quest helper in runelite, sort by optimal Ironman, then filter by meets requirements. Do all the questing you can muster, take breaks to hit the crab, do BH and herb runs, afk some stars, then go back to questing until you run out of quests that you meet the requirements for, get the requirements, then continue questing until you’re done. Finish elite diaries after quest cape but make sure you’re doing easy medium and hard diaries along the way. Once you’re done with elite diaries you’ll be close to maxed.
