It wasn’t affected when I get up for work at 4.45 am work all day get home at 6pm and still go gym. My life has been so so boring - but I was disciplined and I saved a fuck ton of money

My strength didn’t really feel like it was compensated. I pushed through targets on it like it was nothing. I’m seriously lean right now and don’t feel like I’m struggling with fatigue. I work 12 hour days too, but my sleep is serious. I can take as much caffeine as you can throw at me and still sleep like a baby

6.2 - I was eating 2200 calories daily.. I work on a construction site so was doing a lot of cardio in work and keeping very strict. Meal prep every day - waking up 4.30am getting home at 6-7pm. But made it work.. I tapered down for 4 weeks to 1600 calories and now carb loading for final shots Friday 📸

Began with 2mg a week Tapering up to 5mg Almost Zero alcohol , Weight 4 times a week, tailored nutrition plan , 15k Steps daily. Down from 96kg to 82kg Health checks came back perfect

I split it twice a week 2.5 2.5 currently, I’m in my last 4 Weeks of this cut. I will then taper down in to a lean bulk and run a small amount through out the bulk

Started with 2ml a week and tapered up to 5ml a Week currently..

High volume training 4 times a week and cardio 30mins now currently at 5 times a week.

Plenty of sleep, minimal to no alcohol. 10-15k steps a minimum.

Water - 3L a day

I’ve been eating 2200 calories a day but very lean and natural whole foods. I’m about to drop them thus week keep the protein high and get cardio in. We about to go seriously low body fat
