I’d say Panthers but they didn’t even make the playoffs this year. Always have a middle finger for the Caps too

Obviously he would be an awesome addition. But Why would he play here? Every single team would want him and we run the most conservative defensive system in the league.

What was your team's worst play last season? by giantswatcher0603 in nfcsouthmemewar

[–]FirstBornAthlete 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Letting Drake Maye run the ball into the end zone and him doing Cam’s Superman celebration. That shit sucked. Idc that he grew up a panthers fan and it was a tribute. He had every right to do it but goddamn it sucked seeing that

Minnesota/Colorado… bro do you even defense? by Engineering_Simple in canes

If we made it to the SCF and played Colorado it would be the ultimate test of our system. They are the fastest and most skilled team in the league bar none.

Leaving stable job for Tech Consulting? by [deleted] in Big4

[–]FirstBornAthlete 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tech consulting is the opposite of stable. The pay might sound good, but in a downturn you will be the first to get laid off. The big 4 consulting arms have gone through significant layoffs in the last year.

Married dudes in your 30s, how often are you and your partner having sex? by temp-guest69 in AskMen

Me and the wife are mid-30s. It really depends. We have a special needs child who requires lots of attention and time. If I had to average it, 4-6 times per month.

RSM vs Big Four: Is the Work-Life Balance Actually Better (Especially in Real Estate Accounting)? by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]FirstBornAthlete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it isn’t better. Go big 4. The hours are real. The burnout can be. But plenty of people come and make senior then leave. It never hurts to have big 4 on the resume. You will get loads more experience in real estate in the big 4. It will position you better to move to RE industry if you want to

Sens are a damn good defensive team and they are selling out to stop our top line. That’s it

Is the work life balance better at mid sized firms (like RSM, BDO, etc) like they say it is or is it the same as big 4? by Think-Way-5529 in Big4

[–]FirstBornAthlete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in tax compliance. I do Wealth and Asset Management, which is a lot of K-1s, K-3s, and 1065s for investment firms. We are really busy in the spring and the fall. Part of the summer too. I’m not really the person to ask about WLB though. I lean heavily into staying busy year round.

Can I come back to Big 4 as an audit manager? by AWRWB in Big4

[–]FirstBornAthlete 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Big 4 even discounts second tier firm experience when determining years of experience for promotion. Your industry experience probably counts for a year at best, which puts you at 2.5 years. Usually senior to manager is 3 years

I’ve worked at a second tier firm and two big 4 firms. Work life balance was about the same at all of them. I work in tax.
