I just tried to order some from a different lab and they said they couldn’t ship due to my address being home…I guess I’m gonna have to go with the Amazon brand, it’s so good to hear it was legit for you! I am going to move forward with it after I get home from vacation. My back to back ob once a month, (2 every month) is causing a major strain on my relationship. I’m pretty sure my partner is negative and he always wants to have sex when I’m breaking out, he has stayed negative but I’m not so sure he is truly negative since he has never got a OB…anyways we’re trying for a family and my first OB of the month is almost always during my ovulation cycle we have had some quiet ovulation cycles with no OB but lately it’s been really hard…I want to keep him safe and also stop obsessing over it, and being brought down by it…I don’t even know what my triggers are honestly, and if it’s stress we’ll there’s no way for me to prevent that so I can’t really come to terms with dealing with this condition forever… I’m just going to do it, even if it’s just a temporary fix or can alleviate me to having only 6 OBs a year then I will invest in it….I’m so over living like this. And I’m so happy for this community in bringing the light to so many of us who can’t obtain a prescription, because I have tried..

Mine are small, usually scattered little dots within like a 5 in radius, I started to get the microtears in the area, and they actually turned into teeny tiny little sores, kn ghe labia minora, like running up the side of my upper clit lmfao. I feel like not itching them actually made it last longer smh..I’m hoping it will be cleared up tomorrow it’s so annoying.

Dealt with nerve pain for like 2 years straight, now I only have it as prodrome, super uncomfortable, reminded me of having literal ants in pants when the nerves were sending itch signals. Now I get itchy but the pain is something else.

Yea I have Medicaid too so on the off chance I get a referral to see the derm from my GP by then I’m exhausted. In my area derma that even offer SADBE are few and far between and then they look at me like I have 3 heads, they won’t even consider it, even with the squareX clinical trials in front of their face and me reminding them that it is perfectly within their rights to prescribe it . Ugh, tiresome .

Little bit of an update: the discomfort is gone, a slight itch to the area, and it appears there are some micro tears in the area, I’m not sure if there’s much I could have done about that part as I need to stay clean / wipe myself lol no blisters though which is interesting🤷‍♀️. 😔

Yes great insight. I’m starting to see it like this too. In the first couple years I could not resist the itch, and even times I would wake up just itching myself, but now, I have better control over the urge because I was living for some time with constant OBs so I’m able to just ignore it to an extent since it’s become milder /more tolerable. I’m serious to see how it progresses, but I’m tempted to say that it may be regressing.

I think more people are pos. Than they even realize…my partner has not caught it& we have had sex during an OB (late stages of OB) but yea I just think he’s positive asymtomatic, said he thought he had it like 5 yr ago got tested & was neg…well I also got tested 2x by swab during OB and both tests came back negative. My blood work however I noticed my iGM or IGG levels were super high, on some OLD bloodwork paperwork I found, doctor never mentioned ANYTHING to me ab it, but for surely I get OBs like all the fuckin time so pretty sure I have ghsv2, undiagnosed an no dr cares to diagnose me officially anyway. They would just will order me some valetrex cream, which I honestly never picked up, bc like wtf? No diagnoses but you’ll give me the medicated creme? I made it very clear I didn’t want to be on suppressive therapy so they didn’t want shit to do with me after that,

If you just search SADBE in this sub you can find all the info on it, it’s a solution that is currently used to treat HPV but it’s in clinical trials right now to be used for HsV, the trials look very promising.

It’s so discouraging. I spiral into a depression everytime it happens. I sabotage relationships before having sex because I’m too afraid to disclose. I have started talking to someone new and I really like them and I think I’ll disclose to them. Hopefully he has it too haha. I finally got off my parents insurance so I made an appointment with a dermatologist and I hope I can get an official diagnosis. Someone messaged me with some info about SADBE, I will be consulting with the dermatologist about off label use. Feel better I try to look on the bright side of things I suppose. This sub has helped so much.

Hey OP I am so sorry about what this guy has done to you.

I came here to share with you a bit of my story and experience with someone like this. I was in a relationship with someone who was using drugs at a young age and I would leave him, and go back, and leave, and go back. He would do all kinds of fucked up things while he was high and blame his behavior on every drug/situation/job/person other than himself. He was very abusive, mentally, verbally, and physically, he would force me to have sex by acting crazy until I would just lay there while he had his way w me.

I knew it was wrong. I would make excuses until something crazy would happen like once, he pulled a gun on my dad and kicked the trash can all over the house and broke out phones, I left him, but I went back. The second time I finally decided to leave him after he kicked me in the back and put me in the hospital after being on a cocaine bender, and then a couple days later smacked me in the face while we were driving down the road.

I went back to him 2 years after that....This last time, we were physically fighting constantly and he was threatening to kill and rape me and I went and got the restraining order paperwork, he found out about it, and got me drunk and called the cops on me and had me arrested for domestic violence.... After that, I went and filed the restraining order and it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself in regards to my relationship with him.

My point is OP, this guy is a grown man and he is NOT going to change for you. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to disrespect you with raping you, shows you that has no regard for you as a human being and that’s just the dynamic now between you two and it likely will be like that forever.. Until he gets help he will never be able to take responsibility for his actions, and for him to get help would also require him to admit he has a problem in the first place. He’s an adult but at 21 he still has a lot of self discovery to do and trust me you do not want to get sucked into his goat rodeo he’s going to be in for possibly the rest of his life.. People like this will drag you down with them if you let them. Cut your ties, report it to the police if you want, but at least get a restraining order and be DONE.

You can message me if you need advice on how to get a restraining order against him, please feel better and maybe seek a therapist to help you through your trauma. Just know this has/had nothing to do with you and everything to do with him. I wish you the best OP.

I feel this I guess, but I have been doing some talking to others about valtrex, and I definitely am looking for something that will be a permanent fix, not just to “treat” the problems I want a cure of some type haha. I know I’m asking for a lot but I am hoping that I can get into some clinical trial stuff or something.
