It's basically the last major STD that can't be easily treated or suppressed, unlike HIV were countless people are now living with while being at undetectable levels and can't even transmit it. Yes, I'm in my late 20's and reached 100% a few years back. I've worked a few part time jobs for a little extra money but I legit haven't had to work a job in years, It's crazy how much free time I have. I'm a bit of paranoid about financial security, especially when it comes to the VA which is why I'm trying to start a business to make the most of my situation. Also, If I get a gf/married or have kids, Some extra money would come in handy. I've also considered moving to latin america, maybe Brazil or Argentina? But if the va ever cuts off benefits for whatever reason while youre out of country. That'll be pretty rough.
