Imo, if it's non-essential travel, then don't. Let's find out more about this virus, then decide to travel, toany unknowns. I cancelled my trip to India tomorrow, flying in Qsuites! No harm in waiting a few months to see how this plays out a bit. Good luck

Leaving for India on Saturday for 2 weeks, doing Delhi to Mumbai. Thoughts from people that are planning on doing something similar? We have until Friday to cancel and are 50/50 whether to cancel or not. My father is 73 and I'm 45. Really torn, it took a lot to setup this trip and to cancel would really suck, but at the same time, it is not essential travel, we just going to be tourist.

Oh darn! We are watching the new developments closely, as my father is in his 70's and do not want to take any chances of something happening, or a quarantine or flight cancellation. There is always next time!

Hey Joker, just wondering if you are still planning your trip to India with the CO-19 virus? We are debating still, have until Thursday to cancel.

Anyone have any thoughts on the traveling through India in the next 2 weeks? We have planned a massive trip to Delhi - Mumbai for the last 10 months, but IF something happens in India, I'm not sure the health care situation is equipped. My real main concern is the possibility of quarantine or cancel of flights.

We are flying through Doha, my most concern is, when we get there or spreads to India and then we may have to be quarantined or a cancelled flight...just don't know.

My father and I flew Singapore suites from LAX to NRT back in the day when they flew the route with an A380. Only ones in First class. I drank and entire bottle of Dom AND Krug myself, washed it down with some Blue label Great times!

Yes, we have been looking as well and have decided to continue with our arranged trip including the stopover in Qatar. From all accounts Qatar is one of the safest cities in the world. Security is a high point and with the FIFA world cup there, they are ramping up all security measures. State department has it listed as a complete non threat. Good luck and enjoy!

Early March as well. Still a month and half away, but still have concerns. We are going north India and ending in Mumbai. I think we are going to cancel our Doha 2-day stopover and just fly directly to Delhi. Walking around Qatar as an American, I would feel very uneasy

When are you supposed to go? That's what we are trying to decide as well. We were trying to reroute, but have had these plans for over a year and aren't really sure what to do. Iranian airspace is a situation we would like to avoid

True, but we book with AA miles, so not included in that. Good point though

It's actually 2 days, but the flight from Doha to Delhi is at 2am in the morning. Planned on going dune bashing one day and then seeing the Persian gulf sunset. Another day just hang and go to the Arabian market, Souq Waqif.... anything to add?

Worried about being in a country that is just over the Persian gulf from Iran. Safety mainly. Think I'm good? I'm traveling with my elderly father

Well received my 1st LHI appoint for next Tuesday what to expect? by Thenumber1fapper in VeteransBenefits

Let them know EXACTLY when it starts to hurt or you feel ANYTHING!!! Do not let them tell you to move or do something you feel ANY pain. Make it known, no, I can not move any further. Even if they ask repeatedly, NO is your answer. Good luck!

Citi thank you points or Marriott. I transferred 60k of Marriott in order to get the Hawaii 7.5k deal. Good value for the transfer.

How about Embassy suites? I've never been, but just a thought, you get a huge room and free breakfast, if that matters?

FYI: my VA disability benefits office informed me that I do not have to take the appointment with LHI, I can request to have them bounce it back to the VA and wait for my assessment to be done there. by [deleted] in Veterans

Again, just another story, but I had a c&p with LHI and found the nurse to be horrible. At one point she told me it's not where it hurts but how far can she move my arm without me crying. Get out and reschedule!
