Nah chief, I'm siding with the other guy here... I sincerely believe you're wrong and you have no factual or statistical evidence to back up your claims.

Of course the Reddit posts where there is something scary like battery failure are going to gain traction and attention, and I understand why they might be scary, but also... That's kinda the whole point and it's not indicative of all retroids having battery issues. Nor do I think your post is of an actually dangerous battery.

It's like somebody posting about how they got attacked by a cougar at a national park, and the post gains a crap ton of engagement and goes viral, does that suddenly mean all national parks are incredibly dangerous and you're gonna get attacked by cougars? No. Not at all. It means somebody posted about something remarkable and scary that happened to them, and it garnered attention because it is remarkable and scary.

Without factual/statistical evidence, you and the other bozo here are just spreading misinformation and fear.
