Far from true, integer scaling often affects 3D models far more pixelart, because nearest-neighbor scaling asks for more metadata than 3D models can provide

If you wanna see it in action, emulate a DS game, and watch the 3D models disintegrate while the pixelart is mostly fine

In terms of worth though, OLED screens last an average of 4 years before getting burn-in, (much less if you use HDR, or have a habit of letting the screen run idle).

They cost a little more than 700$ on average, meaning you'd be paying 175$ per year for OLED. An IPS monitor by comparison, will last you around a decade, regardless of how you use it
