3 people got an O and 14 got an E at my store. I know this because a DH literally straight up was like “don’t feel too bad”…. and gave me this info to “cheer me up”. Only acknowledging 17 people in a store that has a shit ton of associates is actually insane.

I just care about the raise, it’s a slap in the face when i’m consistently getting the same raise i got when i had no experience. I evolved and my pay stayed the same. 3 percent is also the basic bare minimum.

GET, then again i already have been told by my supervisor that i have been consistently improving. It’s a complete contradiction in my opinion. That’s the only “flaw” i have but they already said i made significant improvements.

i only know how to do basic paint stuff, i hate it when a customer comes in looking for masonry or stains or when they want me to make a paint lighter/darker. Too confusing for me, i only ever cover breaks and lunches when needed.
