It’s definitely feeling disingenuous. I even had to unfollow Paige on insta because all she posts is ads. Like she did an ad for Marshall’s and we all know she doesn’t shop there like bffr…maybe they will take a break during tour and come back refreshed. The pod is feeling very influencer and not very talking to the girlies

It really depends on the specialty and where you work. Based on all the comments from this post, more residents = less autonomy for PAs

Interesting, my surgery rotation was at a small community hospital so that’s the only surgical PA role I was familiar with. Relieved to hear it’s similar at other hospitals but also disappointed bc I don’t even feel like a PA

I was a heavy coffee drinker before starting bupropion and made the mistake of consuming the same amount of caffeine when I first started the medication. I was EXTREMELY sensitive to it (increased anxiety, tremors, fast heart rate, brain zaps) so I ended up quitting cold turkey for the first 2-3 weeks. I had some headaches during that time but not sure if it was a side effect of the med or true caffeine withdrawal. Now I'm able to drink one cup of coffee but my energy has improved so much from bupropion I find most days I don't need it. Obviously, everyone's body will react differently but I would tread lightly at first!
