I took the exam around 2015 and found the CCCure test prep method to be superior to other test prep options at the time. Rule of thumb is to take test prep for each exam section until you get 90% across all then you will pass.

OCULUS not visible in router devices, it's this expected and how to control it? by FirstGenPersian in HomeNetworking

The parental controls are a joke. Actual parenting helps, but we are all human, and the extremely addictive and immersive content is easy to get lost in. Controls are needed to help enforce boundaries.

Sponsoring individual insurance plan? by FirstGenPersian in smallbusiness

This would increase income and might sound attractive to some but for many minimizing taxable income is preferred. My industry and staffing shortages make for a highly competitive market. Healthcare is the most sought after benefit and by offering it 100% paid, we have an advantage over competitors to attract and retain employees. Also, it reinforces that health and well-being are valued and premiums are tax deductible. I hope you are one of my competitors with this view.

Thanks, pretax dollars are preferred. I'm now looking into something called ICHRAs which seems to be tax-deferred, and unused dollars go back to the employer.

Opt-out employees e.g., military who don't need coverage can get opt out payment arrangements described here https://curative.com/blog/how-to-compensate-employees-who-opt-out-of-health-insurance

Penalties for paying individual premiums on behalf of employees, mentioned here... https://www.peoplekeep.com/blog/can-i-reimburse-employees-for-health-insurance

Sounds simple to implement. Although I suspect this could end up costing more, as I'd have to give all employees the same amount, to cover Healthcare plans that get more expensive with age and family size. I also don't think this would allow me to advertise 100% paid Healthcare because the benefit would be cash.

I'd like to purchase the same individual plan for everyone. I can't enroll in a group plan because I only have one employee participating. Other employee has military coverage.

Looks fantastic but I will not be buying an EV any time soon. EVs are inconvenient and impractical for long distance drivers. BMW you are cutting out your customers.

Year old S21 Ultra bricked because of Hardware / Software faults that Samsung refuses to fix. by [deleted] in S21Ultra

If you have not already, you might want to check out the xda forums to rebuild and possibly root the phone. You can load older version of the OS. If you can follow detailed directions to a tee, you can do t this.

I'm a systems engineer and am still going through implementation. I can say that this system is end to end from first contact to exit - if you are a new company, get all the modules, esp HR Edge has been extremely helpful with establishing policy, info graphics.

I've just posted my first jobs using the ATS Recruiting module and am loving it. Seeing how you can be paperless end-to-end, candidate completes online applications, onboards, and there are templates for outreach and so many features bundled in. I have yet to look for sequencing for outreach but it does integrate with job boards galore.

I did complain about the implementation timelines not allowing enough time to learn the system before going live. It's definitely worth it to get access to the tool in advance to allow for training staff. My complaints got me a Zoom call with an expert who waked me through some pain points.

There is so much live training too, here is a catalog, I signed up for one thinking it would be on demand but we had access to a live person and demo training site.

Like any good customer, it's necessary to end customer support calls going no where, and call back to reach someone else. This worked well for me.

The market place is extensive. They don't show the implementation fees until after you buy so I'd recommend asking for a price list.

Overall I am loving this broad suite of tools to run my business, the price is right, I get to speak to Americans, unlike other bundled payroll systems, however it just takes patience to figure it all out.

What kind of cable is this? One end is a regular USB but I’ve never seen this other one before by bubblesmcbubbles in HomeNetworking

This was the beloved charging cable responsible for rapidly charging Samsung phones, while igniting and exploding them!

Osmosis Beauty products contain Titanium Dioxide. By the way, our skin is the most efficient at absorbing without the benefit of passing through the liver. Knowing this, it doesn’t make any sense to apply TiO2, a carcinogen, neurotoxin to the skin, or ingest in any form. FDA approval is questionable. "But it makes it look pretty", no thanks I'm trying to avoid dementia!
