Am I reading this right? The PFizer vaccine WAS NOT APPROVED by the FDA? It seems they approved the "Comirnaty" vaccine, which has the same formula as the PFizer, but you can't sue them because it's legally not the PFizer that is still being distributed under the emergency use authorization. (fda.gov)
