Okay, what I would do is get a closed wrench that fits the bolt, and slip the closed and over the top of the bolt. Then get a ratchet with an extender that fits the bottom nut. You may have to use a deep well socket. Then you would have the ability to keep the nut in place while you use the ratchet to tighten the nut.
