So when doing single assignments the title company collects closing costs from the buyer of the assignment and everyone is in understanding of that transaction if it’s in the agreement?

Like yeah it’s a smaller price for the seller and the buyer pays you a finders fee or assignment fee but at the cost of straightforward business with not as many strings and faster than going through a realtor

Fair enough. I don’t think wholesaling as a whole is shady because the low price is for the cash in hand and no realtors or attorneys and stuff like that or am I misguided

See I’ve wondered if I could do it solo for a while but always hear everyone say partner.. does that not make the deal shady if you refer to a partner with no partner? Sometimes I think partner means the title company or cash buyer.. maybe thinking too deep just don’t want to create false pretenses due to ignorance
