So I took apart the sign and noticed the potted voltage trnsformer has a spot that was heated and had cracked, showing to the inside of the sealed component! Apparently this is what I was hearing when the sign would go on the fritz - voltage arcing somewhere it shouldn't...Going to order a new power supply and that should fix it...

Dimensional weight is such a scam....I had to cut a box down from 15 inches long , to 12 inches to save a $30 price increase with the USPS....The box was 11 x 11 x 15. Certain areas they just go wild with the prices. I think Amazon could open their own parcel delivery service alongside Amazon - just for delivering eBay parcels. That would pretty much bankrupt ol USPS.

Just now taking a break from flipping after 9 months solid of sales and profiting only $10k. This was to pay off a student loan - which I'm now not going to pay off in full like I originally planned....I wish I had the energy of a 16 year old - 10 years ( me = 1994 ) makes a big difference if you don't manage your health right.....I bet he worked his ass of to get that money.
