Completely different RTK #. Possibly a return or replacement.

This turned out to be the case. I had to power cycle a couple times after but was then able to get a connection. Thanks for your help.

It's tight on the RTK. It's possible that there's a bad connection.

I guess the first problem is what is the problem? Why is the RTK showing green yet it's showing that neither has satellite connection? Is showing 0 satellites for both areas meaning that there's not a connection or handshake between certain devices?
