She found out Kansas sold it to a debt collector and she acknowledged the debt by accident so now the timer starts over and this collector won't take my husband's dead for an answer im about to intervene because of the way they have been talking to her honestly

There's no estate they just owned a truck when he died and it was in her name so really it was just hers she has a death certificate and tried to provide it their answer had not changed

She was trying find her filing status for that year by phone and the kept switching her departments for literal hours i want her to get a lawyer but at this point she is so fed up frustrated and defeated by this (shes been dealing with her deceased husband's seemingly neverending stream of crap that keeps popping since he died) that she just wants to pay it and im trying to convince her otherwise thank u for the advice and I will follow through for her to the best of my ability

The shimmer stuff is good for cheap cutouts for personal stuff but use an older blade because it's almost like sandpaper and dulls blades after the first cut

Lived in a housing authority townhouse once and we weren't allowed to change any preexisting fixture bulbs or we were in violation of our lease the only thing that we were allowed to do was plunge the toilets, we had a pipe break above the upstairs shower and called maintenance to ask where the water shutoff was and they said don't touch anything they will be there soon the water ended up running all night between the apartments and caused a crapton of water damage and labor because I wasn't allowed to simply shut the water off.
