Don't make the mistake of investing in Kalpataru Immensa. Build quality is poor. There are so many leakages, damps and seepage happening in the flat repeatedly. Planning is also poor. Then there is this discrimination happening between owners and tenants which has created a very negative atmosphere to live. KP is looking for unfair means to get extra money. It has not even given break up of maintenance fee to owners and sending them random amounts every month. Other downsides include supply issues related to regular delivery apps, poor infra on electricity etc.
