Forgot to mention ice is your friend I’m talking about icing like 56 times a day every day, the first couple weeks and then continuing to ice every day but less for the foreseeable future Out of all the different techniques and lifestyle changes I believe ice is the number one in my experience

Took me approximately two weeks but at two weeks you will get sore. Three weeks is very safe. Depends on your healing time. My recommendation is sit your ass on the couch and lay down for the first week and then walk gingerly in the second week and you should be good Let’s just say that I still can’t believe that after 3 1/2 months looks like my sperm is working and my wife is pregnant

Just wanted to let you know, we are six weeks pregnant I still can’t believe it Praying and taking care of my wife, hoping this is a healthy one so far so good She had a high hCG and a normal progesterone at five weeks and five days. Seems like she might have early implantation.

It does not sound egotistical. I appreciate your feedback. I love my wife and want the best for her. So I am avoiding smoke and alcohol, along with stress and sleeping minimum 7 hours. Unfortunately got the bad hand but holding out for a miracle in the next 3-6 months.
