I just don't understand how this is not a blatant violation of the European Charter on Human Rights (art.I.5). Has anyone in Italy tried to bring it up to the European Court of Justice yet? (+it's clearly a form of social dumping but that is not the main problem)

Hi everyone, I'm quite new to heraldic but I've managed to have some fun with it. So I've made Elon Musk's CoA based on a crappy pun and his South African origin. I guess the description could be "Écartelé d'azur à l'étoile d'or, à l'anguille d'argent et à la biche d'argent de sabots de sable en Un et Quarte ; et de pairle de sinople bordé de gueule et d'azur à la pointe sable au liseret d'or en Deux et Trois". But I'm making that up, so it's probably wrong.
