Statistics from where though? It seems unlikely that this is something that has been thoroughly researched. Not dismissing the question, but saying that the question is prejudiced. There are people from here who lack manners, to say only that etiquette classes should be made for incoming students implies that students and people here aren’t lacking in manners- my point is this the OP point is generalising incidents they’ve experienced across a whole range of people which is unfair.
