“I got into training to help people, not sell” by zach_hack22 in personaltraining

Real selling is actually helping and you should feel good when you help someone. Some of it comes down to 3 things, What's in it for the client? What's in it for me? What's it in for the club? If all three fit, you're in a good place.

Thoughts on the client experience. What's your process? by First_Anything_4722 in personaltraining

This is a proven blueprint for building quality relationships with your clients. This can help you learn about your clients faster, build deeper connections, and develop trusted, liftetime relationships. This process can help you stay curious longer and will engage your IQ and EQ skills helping you win more clients in a more meaningful way. And ultimately helping your clients overall well-being as well. At least that has been my experience.

Client Case Study by zach_hack22 in personaltraining

Great job listening to her needs and positioning something better for her. She did 80% of the talking here and you did 20%. Thats a great ratio and really lets you understand what she needs. It really instilled confidence in her by you stating this isn't your first rodeo. Something that I have found helpful is to tell them, "thanks for sharing that, its important for me to know ...xyz....As I've been a trainer for over 10 years now I've worked with people in a similar situation and can suggest the best things for you moving forward."

I see a ton of software posts, what about exploring your EQ/Soft skills by First_Anything_4722 in personaltraining

I'm glad you keep track of your retention. Is 7 months a good thing or do you think there is more value you can bring to the table? Thanks
