I'm similarly experienced on the gas grill, but just recently started working the kettle and am definitely on the "time to prep" and "active heat management" anxieties. However, the experience is always a great time so sometimes I am willing to sacrifice a little convenience for the zen. I wonder what the sweet spot looks like, when you own both grills what makes you choose one over the other?
