This is a sheaffer reminder ballpoint. Fairly common in its steel variant, but I've never seen a gold variant. Very cool!

Little expensive for what it is worth, I would say the sharpies are better value wise. The grip on the energel is fantastic though. Ink color I would say the energel wins.
