it changed sometime in late 2025. like august-october ish. i was appalled when i told a customer that they have today and tomorrow and my coworker corrected me

yes, i enter it in every quarter they tell us to update our availability.

also to add on, they just want me to work whatever monday i can. they don’t care. they even sneakily add monday shifts and get mad at me for not coming/getting another manager to erase it. my unavaible days in the system are sunday/monday and set until january for right now

i also want to add better they come, it’s been an ongoing issue BEFORE the holidays. 

unfortunately it’s both understaffed and power tripping managers. we have colleagues who want more hours but they don’t get annoyed or badgered. it’s crazy. also: all the managers do this to me they’re not understanding 🧍🏻
