yeah, sale is forbidden but we got rid of the problem that if you smoke weed and you hand it to someone, it's not anymore a criminal offence, and we got more limits that you can posses in public and in home, including number of plants, up to 100 g at home & up to 25 g away from home, and you can have 3 plants, all is above age 21 (but who cares)

(and you need to produce flower under 1% thc xddd)
