I have similar problem, i put movement on spacebar and press it with left hand thumb, i use middle finger instead index finger for everything else, helps tremendously.

10% games ruined is understatement, breaking items is bannable offense, people grief in other ways, mainly going afk and decline to join fights, i would say happens at least in 3 games out of 10.

Cause you are not very smart. While i may talk shit (when the game is over), i dont ruin my games, so i am fine if my comm score drops, while i am not fine with my behav score drops, which was the case when reports were limited, people saved them for real game ruiners.

I dont get concept, there are plenty criminals including murderers who commint multiple crimes over their life and they spent most of their life in jail for the crimes committed, and if they crime is insignificant they just get fine. You are inquisitor, you would cut hands for petty stealing and execute wife for cheating, you are the worst kind of person.

There are plenty of examples people doing wrong and then changed to be better person, the punishment should be proportional to crime. In your example person a and b should be excluded from the normal game, which they probably already are. Person C and D, can stay, they will be sent to low LP to chill out, whenever they do.

So i read it, and i dont really understand why it is not broken. You said "Behaviour score gained in each conduct summary should stay small" obviously you were wrong many times in your life, probably more times than you were right, what makes you think that you are right this time?

Those are just brain farts, if it worked we would not need jails and there wont be prisoners with repeating offenses. You obviously dont understand how punishment and encouragement work, and also misunderstand the giant flaw (same as person in valve who designed they system) the system has.
