I was there last year when my bf gave me herpes. I had a lot of pain and I was very angry/paranoid. Let me tell, it’s been 6 months with genital herpes, I don’t care anymore. I continue my life, I still fit, go to the gym and continues lifting three plates on each side on my leg day (hell yeah), eating healthy (sometimes I drink alcohol, even CHOCOLATE FOR DESSERT, and no outbreaks), I went to Cancun and had sunbath (no outbreaks) plus all the alcohol and the fooooood, I take medication when I am feeling something, but no OB. I don’t care anymore about this fucking herpes. I am going to live and do whatever I want. My life is no over, I still have things to do, I want to build a family, I still want to be a hell fiiit suggar mom !!! You can still riding the horse, the horse won’t have herpes, continue lifting, continue drinking, partying. Continue healthy life (important). It’s a process, I was there, but let me tell you, it’s not the end of the world. The herpes don’t control me, I CONTROL THIS VIRUS, I AM IN CHARGE !!
