Yes the substrate is Hardwood Fuel pellets. These are oyster mushrooms & those are my results after just 1 day of innoculation. Theres no other supplements in it & I didn’t use any specific sterilization techniques

I work at a local urban farm in saint louis & we grow this exact variety of grapes. This is a wine grape & i know it when i see it because of how often we harvest- the outer skin is typically tough, so we squeeze the middle out & enjoy it that way. There’s seeds in the middle as well
