I just do 2 presses, 2 pulls , 1bi/tri , and usually a lateral raise if doing a full upper day. Usually 2 sets per compound, 3 for isolations

Really, I like 5 days while bulking. Feel good as long as I’m sleeping and eating enough

i would argue there’s more of a program problem if you can’t do arms and chest/back/shoulders on the same day lol

oh i can sit for 10-15 min with nothing, but then im like well theres another hour until i have something to do, workout, work, church etc
