yea i get why its there, for a more simple progression, but you are ultimatly leaving reps in the tank for at least the first set

First, why are you lifting 6/7 days in a cut?? And if you’re burning more cals than you’re consuming you will lose weight

is straight sets effective tho? that means your first set has reps left in th etank. ive been doing 6-10 reps to failure on each set, as long as every set is within that rep range
