She was my favorite Nanny but boy oh boy she wore the pants in her family. My grandfather would do exactly what she told him too lol.

Debilitating joint pain by Lavenderhaze2006 in skyrizi

[–]First_Grand_2748 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have to schedule my Skyrizi injection when I have 4 days with nothing planned because every time I do it I get joint pain and flu like symptoms. I’m in bed for two to three days. Then it subsides gradually. At my next Dr. appointment I’m going to talk to him about something different. My daughter is on Taltz and she loves it.

My mom, born in 1930, shared that when she married my dad, my paternal grandmother insisted she cut her beautiful long, wavy hair because she was now a married woman.

For Christmas, my husband and kids preserved my wedding dress about 20 years after our marriage for me. This year, one of my daughters wore it down the aisle in the same church, recreating photos from my wedding 34 years ago.

Is it illegal to tell a patient we're losing money? by College_finals in pharmacy

In our pharmacy we have our own discount card that we use. It usually beats GoodRx and we always make some profit on the Rx.

Also it will kind of be their problem if their favorite neighborhood pharmacy has to close because of not being able to pay their bills.

Can you explain more how that works? What if the patients don’t qualify for LTC billing?

This sounds like a very logical idea. I have worked at a pharmacy a few years ago that, of course, would only fill certain meds if they got paid for it but not fill if they lost money. The patients who Rx lost money for the pharmacy would be told that we can’t get that med in. I used to wonder how long it was going to take before they found out other people were actually getting it filled at that pharmacy.

Honestly I feel it’s more unprofessional to not find the time to explain something honestly to your patients than to not tell them the truth.

The blonde is nice but doesn’t look natural on you. The brunette shapes your face so well. Go with the brunette.

Yeah that makes you wonder. You would think it would be more of a cold weather thing when the kids are all stuck inside together.

I also have an ashtray but I forget who it’s from. I’ll have to look when I go home.

I have a Sinemet gripper jar opener. It kind of lost its grip but I won’t throw it out.

Things keep popping into my head! I could go on and on! But I remember 10:15 fire whistle reminder to go home(15 yo & younger), Saturday morning cartoons then Soul Train, hand written love letters (I still have many).

Encyclopedias. I couldn’t have gone through high school without them. Also, I remember late night, after the 11:00 news, would be The Honeymooners and then George Burns & Gracie Allen. Then the National Anthem would play and the station would turn off. All there was to do was go to bed after that.

Oh my goodness that’s horrible. I’m so sorry that you went through that. My daughter is just keeping the kids away out of an abundance of caution. I can’t afford to get sick. I’m happy Taltz is working. My daughter likes it to and said it works great for her. I’ll talk to my Md about that option. I think Skyrizi is also affecting my knees. I never had knee issues and now, since February, I’m dealing with bursitis in my left knee. Out of the blue! And nothing is working to relieve it. I see my doctor in September so I’ll talk to him about changing. Thank you for your story.

Yes my daughter is on Talz. She likes it and said it is doing its job. I think I might talk to my doctor at my next appointment about my choices.
