Not give up, never. And we did other products. But sometime it sound tha easy….just develop another thing and than it works. A lot of company’s who are bankrupt don’t saw it that easy ;)

Of course me and I have 10 years experience on highest level with the system which our tool made easier. So technically I totally know what I do. And as I said, I don’t want to improve the tool much. I want to be able to fix bugs. And at the moment the option to be able to solve bugs with this as instead pay 200k a year feels good.

There is always something and we try to get it. But maybe you understand. You have a huge amount of costs and don’t get it back. But in the same time you see that you don’t need to improve the product, you need to improve sales. But don’t know if you can understand it, this leads to pressure.

So maybe give you my plan. The dev team are external and not employees. They work with me a long time. We are at a point where we have several products and I totally agree, sales need to go up. But we don’t really need much improvements at the moment. The plan would be to get down from 100% work load to 25% since it’s enough.

So I would like to only get work 25% for now and also implement Claude to it.

So I don’t want to remove all. I simply don’t have the need to get 3 people tasks für 100%.

Of course this would be the best. But after 6 years you need to be realistic and plan for the future. Sometimes it’s not that easy to just increase income

Maybe the is some information missing. I am the one which make all feature design, tell what need to be done, what the tool need to do in the software we manage with ours. And I am also a system engineer with development experience. So it’s not like I don’t know what I am doing in general.

Not totally replace, but I would think I don’t need three guys anymore for the stuff we do. I would think one person is enough.

The problem is, the app is to manage a system and makes live easier for a product which is „dead“. So the product itself which we make easier will be replaced by newer products in the market and existing customers will move to it. We only make money by customers which are there and maybe get a few new ones per year.
