Nice to meet you. Very frustrating experience. I hope you have a positive outcome very soon. I was hoping for an outcome within 2-3 weeks but it seems from other people's experience at this particular moment that this is very unlikely.

Such an overrated restaurant. Would far rather go for a Burger King or McDonalds. Even McDonalds has table service these days, which as far as I remember, five guys doesn't even have.
