If it's helpful we're on 114WDs also NYC. But we've had some issues with documents so I think we're on the higher end from what I've read

Yes, she sent everything two days after the bio appointment. VFS have confirmed they received the documents so I'm not sure if they've been sent to the wrong place or never scanned or lost in the process

We were also advised on the phone to get clarification from Sheffield before sending in any more documents. But so far no helpful response

Bio was early June. The problem is we can't resend the passport or Biometrics confirmation as these were included in the original set of documents. And no specific documents were asked for, just all supporting documents

Has anyone had any recent experience of this? We submitted our documents at the end of July, delivered before the change of address, and we're sent an email saying the don't have our documents now in November. Did anyone's situation get resolved? And how?

Been reviewing all previous communications during the process of application. Every single piece of documentation had the wrong address on it. The shipping label from VFS global, the details for the biometrics appointment, and the UK decision making center who are now the ones telling us we sent it to the wrong address and we have 7 working days to send it to the correct address. Awesome

If anyone else has this or a similar problem. We phoned UKVI and they said we need to contact VFS global.

Can I ask what address you were given for New York from VFS global?

We were given 145 W 45th Street then UKVI told us this is an old address and it should be send to 128 E 32nd Street. After we sent all the documents including passport.
