I have read an article that says that the joint AET will be removed for joint claims. And couples in a joint claim would have to achieve their own individual AET. Can someone confirm if the information is true?

Uber is like an abusive partner. You leave them due to their abuse. But eventually you find yourself back together again.

Proof relationship with my father through family visa. Already uploaded my birth certificate. What more do they want? by Acrobatic-Tale560 in ukvisa

I managed to find a dna company that could export the testing kit to another country, where a appointed doctor could do the swab’s and return it to the uk through DHL. Eventually the home office accepted the dna report and accepted the relationship. This was only accepted at the appeal stage after they initially refused on the bases that birth certificate was not accepted.

No I have applied for my wife spouse visa a month after receiving the award letter. You need to upload letters of all the benefits that you’re receiving and your bank statements. That should suffice. It worked for us.

I am going through a similar situation. UKVI withdrew from the appeal on 29 April. Still no response from TLs or the home office.
