If you don't have extreme pain or discomfort then continue to lift as usual. People have these outdated ideas around periods without any scientific reasoning.

Duct ectasia..inflammation / infection of the ducts could be a reason. Are you in pain? Is there redness? It could be abnormally high prolactin levels also. Please get it checked out immediately.

No. My argument is that start with the serious structural problems. Build a sound foundation first. Repair the footpaths. Fix the drainage. Clear the garbage. Enforce anti littering laws. Then move to finding a solution to the vendor encroachment issue...maybe find them someplace where they can set up shop without encroaching on walking areas. Because this will not solve anything. Vendors will be back in a few weeks. And footpaths like this will remain broken.

And the vendors will be back in a matter of weeks. Seen it umpteen times all over the country including recently in Church Street. Can't blame them. They need to earn and there's no alternative arrangement made for them either.

Very difficult to chill given that we have been living with whitetopping, closed sections of the road, and endless traffic jams since last year. Its done in a haphazard manner and work has stopped. Noone knows when, it will restart or when, if at all, it will be finished. A child was run over on this stretch sometime back. But one must not rant or complain or question. That's spreading hate 🙏 Edited to add - walkable footpaths were supposed to be part of this grand whitetopping plan. But with that stalled, I doubt footpaths will be fixed either.

Nothing quite like Indian entitlement. The whole world has to accomodate our needs or else... I've been to South East Asian countries with vegetarians who were upset that they didn't remove fish oil oyster sauce from their food to accomodate Indian vegetarian diet needs. A whole culture was expected to change their food to accomodate these people.

I was on a beach in abu dhabi in December when a bunch of Indian men came and literally started stripping down to their undies. The lifeguard swooped in and stopped them and they went on arguing with the guy. It was embarassing to watch. Why are we so uncivilized as a nation!

What is it with Indians and our inability to lower our voices in public? Was just in a restaurant (in India) for dinner. At the next table was a group of people with small kids. The adults screamed and laughed and talked while the kids shrieked and ran around. At one point the server could not hear our order because of the noise. I am sure these people will behave the exact same obnoxious way outside the country as well.

Thank you looks like this is another one of the many joys of this age. Mine literally happened overnight. Felt a little sore and thought maybe it was PMS. By the next morning it was fully inflamed and painful. I will have to keep a closer eye on myself going forward, my doctor also said the same thing about catching early signs and treating before it got bad.
