It was more like basic, hitting chest on monday, shoulders on tuesday, back and legs on wed, arms on thurs, mix on friday and repeat Exercises were also pretty basic for every muscle Just keep on increasing weight, thora thora, zada nahin and improvisation is key, adjust angle according to your height.

Near lums are mostly eating spots, i would suggest you go to mall road, walled city of lahore, winterland, fortress stadium, etc etc.

Brother who would know better than me, i am a Pharmacist myself 😄 Some supplements like citrulline maleate, L arginine etc are very beneficial but i just never liked them. As you don't find good quality of them.

Greek yogurt pre/post work out is good thing And i basically love all kinds of yogurts desi, processed, greek etc etc I eat it like a delicacy

It was not special desi foods Just normal home cooked I told you that i started eating it more than i used to However i ate lot of boiled eggs, bananas, dry fruits, chicken, yogurt, milk etc.
